Property Management Planning
With my extensive working knowledge and experience I am able to work with landowners to develop a plan that encompasses all aspects of natural resource management. Whether you are are looking to harvest timber from your property to earn some extra income or simply for firewood, I can work with you to ensure it is done in a sustainable manner that prioritizes things such as hunting opportunities and overall forest health while ensuring you have a productive forest for future generations.
Private Lot Line Layout
Whether you just want your property boundary laid for your own purposes or are planning a timber harvest, I am able to search for, interpret and then apply survey plans on the ground. I can accurately lay out your boundary with flagging tape, tree marking paint or a combination of the two.
Tree Marking
As a level 2 tree marker, I have the qualifications and experience to ensure that timber harvesting is done in a manner that will allow you to earn some extra income while ensuring there will be high quality timber remaining for future generations. While the logging companies in this area are by in large great at what they do, their main priority is profit. By hiring a certified tree marker like myself, I will work with you to make sure your priorities for your land come first while also ensuring the harvest is economically feasible for you and the logging company.
Forestry Operations Compliance Inspections
As a certified forest operations compliance inspector, I have a depth of experience ensuring operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. I have conducted inspections on all typical forestry related operations including:

- Site prep/scarification

Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP)
As a certified MFTIP approver, I am able to author and approve property management plans to get you reductions on your taxes for the forested portion of your properties.
