About NNRM

My name is Nigel Nieman and I am the sole proprietor of NNRM. I am a husband and a father and have spent almost all of my life living in rural Renfrew County. From an early age I've had a real passion for fishing, hunting and anything outdoors which I am eager to pass on to my daughter.

Right after graduating I took on an opportunity to volunteer on an American Eel tagging project with the Pembroke Ministry of Natural Resources. This volunteer positions later opened the door to work on over 20 different positions covering all aspects of natural resource management and I went on to work for not only Pembroke District but Algonquin Park and our local sustainable forestry licence (SFL) holder, Ottawa Valley Forest Inc. Since starting my own business I have carried all this prior experience and expertise with me and currently occupy most of my working time conducting tree marking in advance of sustainable harvest operations and carrying out forest operation compliance inspections.
